What is the warranty period for VINGA products?

The warranty period depends on the product category and is specified in the warranty card. Usually it ranges from 12 to 36 months.

Where are the service centers located?

Service is provided through points of sale, as well as BRAIN service centers throughout Ukraine.

How can I send a product for warranty repair if there is no representative office in my city?

Send the product via Nova Poshta to branch No. 6 in Kyiv (up to 30 kg). Recipient: COMEL LLC, EDRPOU 24083083, “Representative of COMEL company”. Send the TTN number to vinga_service@brain.ua.

What should I do if I lost the warranty card?

Contact our support service at info@vinga.ua and we will help restore the information using the device serial number.

Can I return a product?

Yes, a product of proper quality can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.
