3If there are no representative offices in your city, you can send the product for warranty service via Nova Poshta.

The warranty period depends on the product category and is specified in the warranty card. Usually it ranges from 12 to 36 months.
Service is provided through points of sale, as well as BRAIN service centers throughout Ukraine.
