Доброго дня, Андрію! Ні, це не брак - номінальна ємність і реальна у всіх павербанків відрізняється. Також, слід брати до уваги, що смартфон зазвичай заряджається при 5 В, а ємність павербанка - це ємність при напрузі 3,7V. Що саме заряджаєте?
