PC Case Vinga Gryphon
A classic gaming case for building a computer - with color lighting and built-in fans. The model's feature is the presence of three fans on the front panel, each with different lighting colors. This case can only be installed vertically, with a standard size of Miditower. The device supports two types of motherboards in three formats - mini ITX, micro, or standard ATX.
Packaging and package contents:
The monochrome box features an image of the device and a brief specification table. The latter provides a general idea of the case. The usual set of stands, screws, and ties is complemented by a removable cover for one expansion slot, a hub board for connecting fans, and a remote control for managing the lighting.
Appearance:
The glass on the front panel is positioned at some distance from the chassis, allowing for some fresh air intake. Two LED indicators in the corner won't be too bright even in the dark, especially with the fan lighting on.
Although the rear panel is usually out of sight, it is still carefully painted to match the case color. Traditionally for Vinga brand solutions, there is a mounting spot for a 120-mm fan with slight height adjustment, seven expansion slots, and a bottom-mounted power supply. The external clamping bar helps secure devices in the slots, which in turn is fastened with just one screw.
The bottom panel is also painted. Note the small removable filter that allows the power supply to "breathe" freely. The round feet look nice with their silver rim, but they are quite low - only 13 mm in height. There are also anti-slip and anti-vibration pads with a height of half a millimeter.
The front part of the upper panel of the Vinga Gryphon contains numerous interfaces and control elements. The presence of four USB ports (a pair of revision 3.0 and 2.0) distinguishes the case from more budget-friendly branded products with just one USB 3.0 and a plastic cover instead of the second. Here you can also find a pair of audio interfaces, as well as reset and power buttons of the same size - fans of symmetrical design should appreciate it.
Most of the upper panel is occupied by a metal mesh filter with magnetic fastening around the perimeter. It is easily removable, providing access to the holes for mounting two 140-mm or three 120-mm fans. Thanks to the height reserve, a radiator up to 360 mm in length can also fit here.
The left side is a transparent acrylic panel (400 x 420 mm) with a thickness of 3.15 mm, allowing you to admire the components even without lighting.
Internal arrangement
The lower tunnel for the PSU and hard drives, the upper compartment for the radiator, and in between - ample space for installing everything else. For example, an ATX, microATX, or Mini-ITX motherboard.
The chassis allows for the installation of a pair of 5.25" devices. There are also mounting spots for a pair of fans or a water cooling radiator.
