PC Case Vinga Graphyte
The Graphyte case is the perfect choice for building a home or office PC. Its simple, strict design with a graphite window on the side panel will seamlessly fit into any interior style. A potentially interesting option for building an affordable machine.
Packaging and Delivery Set
The Vinga Graphyte case is packed in a traditional box made of sturdy cardboard with a monochrome print. On its sides, you can find not only the model name but also the product specifications in English and Ukrainian. For convenience in transportation, there are cutouts on the ends.
The delivery set includes a decent set of accessories for assembling a computer: a set of stands and screws for mounting the motherboard, power supply, fans, drives, and even liquid cooling radiators. Additionally, there are several disposable cable ties and a system speaker.
Appearance
The design of the Vinga Graphyte is quite restrained. Completely graphite-black, with a transparent window on the left side. However, individual elements like the slanted side panels and the semi-transparent front with mesh inserts give it a non-boring appearance. The chassis is made of steel sheets with a thickness of 0.58 mm and complemented by plastic parts.
The central part of the front panel is covered with tinted acrylic with the Vinga brand logo at the bottom and a silver plastic edge around the contour. It allows you to admire the lighting of the fans if such are installed. The surfaces turned out to be quite practical, as fingerprints are not very noticeable on them, and those that accumulate are easily removed with handy tools. The ends have fine mesh inserts designed to ensure the intake of fresh air into the system.
The panel is attached with a series of familiar latches. After its removal, a view of the chassis and mounting locations for three 120-mm fans opens up.
The top panel of the Vinga Graphyte is made of steel. Closer to its rear part are grilles with a mounting place for a 120-mm fan or liquid cooling radiator, covered with a magnetic metal mesh filter to reduce the speed of dust accumulation inside the PC. The external ports and buttons found their place on the opposite edge. The set of elements is quite typical for this segment: a pair of USB 2.0 ports, one USB 3.0, and two 3.5-mm jacks for a microphone and headphones. Next to them are the power and reset buttons, as well as a pair of LED indicators.
At the back, everything is standard: at the top is a cutout for the motherboard's interface panel and a mounting place for a 120-mm exhaust fan. Below them are seven expansion slot covers with a mounting plate that covers the usual screw mounts.
At the bottom of the case, there is a ventilation hole with a dust filter designed for cold air access to the PSU. The filter is easy to remove, blow out, and wash. There are two pairs of plastic feet with a height of 17 mm with thin rubber pads, which provide good stability on various types of surfaces and sufficient air intake for the power supply.
