Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

You, as a subject of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject"), by filling out any forms on this website that involve the provision of personal data, give consent to LLC "Komel" (identification code: 24083083), which is the Owner of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner"), to process personal data (hereinafter referred to as "PD") voluntarily provided by you. The Subject undertakes to provide accurate and truthful information about themselves and to promptly inform the Owner of any changes related to the provided information.

The purpose of processing personal data:

- providing information about products on the company's official website;

- implementation of relations regarding the repair, warranty, and post-warranty service of products under the "VINGA" trademark;

- sending notifications and other information to the Subject for the purpose of implementing the above-mentioned relations;

- providing responses to the Subject's inquiries, including via email.

Hereby, the Subject is informed and gives the Owner consent to process the following personal data:

- surname, first name, patronymic, year, month, date, and place of birth, full address, email address, contact phone numbers, passport data, and other information voluntarily provided by the Subject to the Owner in connection with the implementation of the purpose of personal data processing.

Hereby, the Subject is informed and gives the Owner consent to perform the following actions with the Subject's personal data:

- Collection to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of processing;

- Processing, including but not limited to, obtaining, registration, accumulation, systematization, storage, adaptation, clarification (updating, modification, renewal), use, distribution (including transfer to managers and third parties, in particular, authorized service centers, and other third parties determined by the Owner independently, including transfer to foreign subjects of relations related to the implementation of the purpose of processing), anonymization, blocking, destruction, as well as any other actions or a set of actions related to processing in accordance with the purpose;

- Making changes to the Subject's personal data upon request from other subjects of relations related to personal data.

Hereby, the Subject is informed about his/her rights

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection," the Subject has the right to:

- know the location of the personal data database containing his personal data, its purpose and name, the location and/or place of residence (stay) of the owner or manager of personal data, or to give the appropriate instruction to obtain this information to authorized persons, except in cases established by law;

- receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data, in particular, information about third parties to whom his personal data is transferred;

- access his personal data;

- receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided by law, a response about whether his personal data is stored in the relevant personal data database, as well as receive the content of his personal data that is stored;

- present a reasoned demand to the owner of personal data objecting to the processing of his personal data;

- present a reasoned demand for the modification or destruction of his personal data by any owner and manager of personal data if these data are processed illegally or are inaccurate;

- protect his personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, non-provision, or untimely provision, as well as protection from the provision of information that is inaccurate or discredits the honor, dignity, and business reputation of an individual;

- file complaints about the processing of his personal data to state authorities and officials whose powers include ensuring the protection of personal data, or to the court;

- make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process his personal data when giving consent;

- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;

- protection from an automated decision that has legal consequences for him.

Duration of Consent

The Subject's consent is valid for an indefinite period. Personal data is processed for a period not exceeding what is necessary in accordance with their lawful purpose and processing purpose.
